Relieving Pain. Restoring Movement. Supporting Recovery.
Osteopaths are allied health professionals trained in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints.
From back and neck pain to sports injuries, headaches and everyday stiffness, aches and pains.
The aim is to help people lead less painful and more active lives.
We focus on the whole body, not just the symptoms.
We use a wide variety of non-invasive hands on treatment techniques and approaches to support recovery and keep you moving well.
That means less pain, better movement and more ease in your day.
People present seeking help with:
- back and neck pain
- headaches
- sciatica
- shoulder pain
- hip, knee and leg pain
Hands on treatment:
Osteopaths employ a wide variety of treatment methods including: joint mobilisation, manipulation, stretching, soft tissue techniques, muscle energy, counter strain, and myofascial release, to support the body’s natural movement and function.
Osteopaths can also support you with:
-
Education that empowers without fear or jargon.
-
Restoring your confidence in movement.
-
Providing insights into habits and daily patterns that might be contributing to your symptoms and help you to make small changes that can add up over time.
-
De-stressing and calming the nervous system. Osteopathy may help calm a wound-up nervous system and support rest and recovery.
-
Avoiding chasing quick fixes. The goal isn’t just to feel better today, it’s to know what to do next time if things flare up.
-
Personalised care. No protocol. No conveyor belt. No cookie cutter method.
